A few years ago, ultrasonic embossing technology gradually entered the market of traditional quilted quilts. Compared with traditional quilted quilts, which need to be embroidered and will be wire after finishing, ultrasonic embossed quilts have many advantages, such as fast, efficient and easy finishing.
The first ultrasonic quilts were made of ordinary microfiber, but later it was found that flannel can also be ultrasonic emblazoned, which greatly reduces the cost of winter quilts.
Until now, a variety of supersonic embossed quilts gradually appeared, such as short plush, flannel, velvet and so on, and the patterns began to change.
As we all know, quilts in winter are usually heavy and expensive than those in summer. Since the advent of ultrasonic technology, the cost of quilting in winter is not worth mention, which not only reduces the cost of materials, but also reduces the labor cost, because the post-finishing and inspection stages of ultrasonic embossed quilts are very simple.
But velvet ultrasonic quilts are not without limitations. First of all, there should not be too much filling in the middle, because the working principle of ultrasonic embossing is to press the pattern on the quilts through the hot pressing process. If the filling is too thick, the pattern will not be pressed up, but the pattern will be deformed.
In addition, I have just said that it is a hot pressing process, so the temperature of the ultrasonic machine is easy to cause the defects of fleece fabrics.
But as long as the process conditions of ultrasonic embossed quilts are met, these can be solved, because we are the most professional team!
